enrolling at the Mary Crane Center
Children ages 6 weeks through 5 years can be enrolled at the Mary
Crane Center. To enroll your child, call (773) 348.5528.
When
enrolling your child, please bring:
- Your child’s birth certificate
- Proof of income (two most recent check stubs)
- Results from your child’s last physical
and
dental check-ups
- Your child’s immunization record
Tuition
We use a sliding fee scale based on the family’s income and the number in the household
to calculate
monthly tuition. Parents pay a low co-payment; the remainder of tuition
is covered by government subsidies.
Financial Aid
If the family is ineligible for the government subsidy,
a private scholarship
may be available. |
