    Reports directly to the Human Resource Director with the responsibility of coordinating and overseeing administrative duties and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.

    The Education Coordinator provides training and technical assistance to Teaching Staff, Site Directors, and others to support the agency’s early childhood development programs. The Education Coordinator contributes to the program goals and is responsible for the facilitation of the education component at all sites.

  • PFA Lead Teacher
    Lead Teachers plan and implement learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. They encourage the involvement of the families of the children of the program and support the development of relationships between children and their families.

    The Home Base Visitor contributes to the agency’s child development philosophy and goals by leading a comprehensive child development program.

  • Family Worker-Full Time
    The Family Worker carries out goals, policies and activities designed to meet the social service component performance standards as outlined in the Head Start Program management plans as overseen by the Site Director. Supportive services are provided to the site in the areas of mental health, social services, family involvement, special needs and community partnerships in accordance with the Head Start performance Standards and Chicago Early Learning Manual.
